No one will refuse to be treated in hospital, which the House look more like a room in a first-class hotels.

One popular destination for medical tourism is the Philippines. Doctor services are relatively cheap there, and enough qualified personnel.

Davao Doctors Hospital President Dominador Cabrera recently sought accreditation for health tourism at the regional office of the Department of Tourism. He said that those hospitals that meet certain requirements will be able to obtain permission for medical tourism.

To be accredited hospitals Davao Doctors will update the chamber. According to Mr. Cabrera Department of Tourism, visited them last week and gave all the necessary recommendations. Presumably, the works will be completed in mid-April or May of this year.

Also, in his view Davao city has good prospects as areas for medical tourism, but much remains to be done.

Already in 1998, the Philippines Department of Tourism has introduced a programme of medical tourism, in order to make the country the most popular in Southeast Asia recreation area for recreation.
